2013TSN is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent, and stabilizing agent. Excellent inhibiting foam performance in the medium and high temperature dyeing (60℃-130℃). Stable in alkaline environments (pH 8-11).

Usage and dosage

JY-2013TSN can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes. Please request the company’s customer service department for the specific dilution method. Our company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage.

It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the defoamer can disperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:

Textile dyeing: the product is added together with dyeing assistant, yet the optimum addition level should be preliminarily tested in a laboratory setting.

Package and shipment

200kg/drum,25kg/drum,50kg/drum, IBC, to store in a cool place. To prevent direct sunlight, Non-dangerous goods transportation.
When stored between 10 and 30℃ in the original unopened containers, the product has a usable life of 24 months from the date of manufacture.
