mono-filament liner fabric
It is mainly used in steel calendering ,inner liner and carcass !
Its advantage is that it can be used for than 3 years , highly saving your production cost ,reserving liner freshness for more than 15 days ,it has supper high smooth surface ,it is very easy to separated from the rubber film,decrease rubber film wastage!
It is plain woven by ,this liner will be singed and clear away the batting and impurities ,and then high heat setting treatment through 160℃setting machine so that it improve flatness of liner without wrinkles phenomenon, at last the liner will be extruded through 120 ton pressure between 2 rollers to decrease breathability so that it can improve keeping the liner freshness! This product is mainly used in the steel calendering instead of PE film.
