CAB Pre-Dispersed Pigment Chips

Introduction

Pre-Dispersed Pigment Chips, constituted by various selected organic and inorganic pigments, are pre-dispersed in the CAB resin system of good compatibility. The chips feature high dispersion, high transparency, high gloss, and bright color, without smell or dust, and meanwhile maintain stable performance, safety, and environmental protection, which generate great benefits in terms of storage and transportation. With its excellent compatibility and dispersibility, Pre-Dispersed Pigment Chips allow customers to prepare their ideal colorants in a short time. The relatively high pigment content generally ranges from 30% to 80% (which depends on system types), while the resin content can reach 20% to 70%.

Applications

The series is mainly applied to the original and repairing paints of vehicles, 3C product paints, UV paints, high-grade furniture paints, high-grade printing inks, etc.

Packaging & Storage

The series provides two kinds of standard packaging options, 4KG and 15KG, while for inorganic series, 5KG and 18KG. (Customized extra-large packaging is available if needed.)

Storage Condition: store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area

Shelf Life: 24 months (for the unopened product)
