Introduction

Thermal paper is a specific kind of paper that uses thermal rendering technology to create patterns.  Thermal paper doesn’t require ribbons or ink cartridges, in contrast to conventional paper.  It prints by heating the paper’s surface, which causes the paper’s photosensitive layer to respond and create a pattern.  In addition to having vivid colors, this printing method also has good definition and is resistant to fading.
