Wire Mesh Cable Tray and Wire Basket cable trays offer double the cable support surface to better support data communication and fiber optic cabling in addition to saving time and money in those lighter-duty cable support projects. Wire Mesh cable trays are available in zinc plated, painted, and stainless steel, wire mesh. Wire Mesh tray cable trays are generally used for telecommunication and fiber optic applications and are installed on short support spans, 4 to 8 feet. Heavy-duty mesh cable trays are made with zigzagging, longitudinal wires and double side and bottom wires, a combination that ensures a heavy load-bearing capacity.
With a console spacing of 3000 mm, the tray can handle a point load of 200 kg without sustaining damage. For safety reasons, walking on the cable tray is not allowed.
The tray is three times stronger than a traditional wire tray, i.e. it possesses the strength similar to that of a cable ladder. Tee tray, Cross tray,bends and angles can be made in the same easy and fast way as with traditional cable trays. All fittings for assembly and installation are the same as used for the traditional wire tray.
Heavy-duty basket cable trays are produced in widths from 100 to 600 mm in hot-dip galvanized, as well as stainless, acid-resistant steel.
